The English translation from the transcript:

0:08 Qu Yuan was an very important official in the state of Chu.
0:11 He was later framed by treacherous state officials and ended up offending the king.
0:15 He was then banished to the northern regions of the Han River
0:19 After Qu Yuan's banishment
0:21 he was often found pacing up and down the riverside reciting poetry.
0:24 His expression was ghostly and ashen.
0:26 He also started to become thin and weak.
0:30 One day, a fisherman by the river recognized Qu Yuan
0:33 the two men began to talk.
0:37 Aren't you THE San Lu Dai Fu (title for a high ranking official) Qu Yuan?
0:41 What are you doing here?
0:44 The world around me is dirty, yet I remain clean. The people around me are drunk, yet I remain sober.
0:50 That is why I was banished to this place.
0:53 Qu Yuan felt that everyone's mind was muddied, only he was clear of mind.
0:58 Everyone was drunk and intoxicated by the terrible world around them, and he was the only one that was sober.
1:04 Saints are not affected by external forces
1:09 and they can adjust themselves to societal changes.
1:15 Since all men have been dirtied,
1:17 why don't you also just use the mud at the bottom of the river
1:22 to dirty the river water.
1:24 Furthermore, since everyone is drunk

1:27 why don't you just drink and get drunk with everyone?
1:31 Why do you have to over think everything and think of yourself as noble and above others?
1:36 That's what caused you to end up like this.
1:38 I've heard that when someone has just washed their hair and body
1:43 they should pat their hat and clothes to make sure that all the dust is gone. Then put it on.
1:47 How could you allow your clean body
1:50 to be dirtied by filthy clothes!
1:52 Me? I would rather jump into the Xiang river, and be buried in the stomaches of the Xiang river fish.
1:58 So how could I allow my innocent soul to be polluted by the dust of our world.
2:03 After the fisherman listened to what he had said, he smiled gently
2:06 started rowing his boat. He tapped his boat and started singing.
2:11 The waves of the river,
2:15 if it were clean
2:18 then I would use the water to wash my chin strap.
2:22 The waves of the river, if they were dirty,
2:27 then I would use the water to wash my feet.
2:32 The waves of the river,
2:38 The fisherman left just like that and did not utter another word to Qu Yuan.

I cleaned up the transcript in GOOGLE Translate ( as an editor ) so as an optional language choice for translation I picked Spanish:
