There is a Thanksgiving song by Groovi Pauli and Friends:

       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zF5n2zIYSPc

The Youtube uploader  Groovi Pauli  has provided these notes:

Published on Nov 11, 2012

The music video for this song, Thanksgiving 感恩节 (gǎn ēn jié), is entirely based on American Thanksgiving traditions. Apologies to our Canadian friends. It also has absolutely nothing to do with Chinese traditions. Again, sincere apologies. Regardless, the song for this music video is by Groovi Pauli & Friends from their 2012 album, "Celebrations in Chinese 4 Kids." The song and music video were made by Groovi Pauli and his kids. The audience is intended for young kids who are learning Chinese using an echo style (call and response) that makes it easy to follow. The movements enhance word meaning as well.

The lyrics are as follows:
感恩节 (gǎn ēn jié) Thanksgiving
吃南瓜派 (chī nán guā pài) Eat pumpkin pie
吃火鸡 (chī huǒ jī) Eat turkey
Gulu - gulu - glee (simulated turkey sound)

感恩,感恩,感恩节 (gǎn ēn, gǎn ēn, gǎn ēn jié) Thanks, Thanks, Thanksgiving
大家说, 说谢谢 (dà jiā shuō, shuō xiè xie) Everybody say, Everybody say "thanks"

感恩节 (gǎn ēn jié) Thanksgiving
去奶奶家 (qù nǎi nai jiā) Go to grandmother's house
看亲戚 (kàn qīn qi) See relatives
看查理布朗 (kàn chá lǐ bù láng) Watch "Charlie Brown"

感恩,感恩,感恩节 (gǎn ēn, gǎn ēn, gǎn ēn jié) Thanks, Thanks, Thanksgiving
大家说, 说谢谢 (dà jiā shuō, shuō xiè xie) Everybody say, Everybody say "thanks"
