Guqin - (青山夜雨) Blue Mountain Night Rain - 古琴

Another Guqin piece, but this time much more modern. Something of a contrast with my previous post about this wonderful instrument.

From YouTube:
Guqin jazz/blues composition by Jim Binkley. Chinese name: Qingshanyeyu. Unending rain leads to scratching head and asking heaven if Sun will ever come? (搔首问天的提议). This guqin piece is in qiliang mode. This means C Eb F G Bb C D which is a very nice tuning indeed. Guqin music played on Zeng Chengwei guqin.
