Chinese girls love chocolate & the internet, apparently

Took a photo of this ad in the elevator of my building. It just seemed strange for some reason, not entirely sure why. I guess theoretically it's no problem to be barefoot on the internet while eating a chocolate bar....
巧克力 qiǎo kè lì / chocolate /
网际 wǎng jì / Internet

What do you think? Can anyone translate the marketing copy & make sense of the ad? Is it any good?

I'm having trouble understanding it too.

上網 = Online

時刻 = Moment; constantly

德芙 is the brand, Dove.

更添 = Add more, increase.

愉悅 = Joy, cheer.

"Online constantly, Dove adds to your joy?"

I'm guessing that for anyone that likes to be online a lot, and are already happy, Dove will add more happiness. Weird...
