我觉得她很奇怪。I think she is very strange.
Wǒ juéde tā hěn qíguài.
觉得 jué de / to think / to feel /
This is a word used to express opinions or feelings about something. It functions a lot like how we use "think" or "feel" in English. You can even use it to express "I don't think that..." 我不觉得。。。The word 觉得 jué de often collocates with 怎么样 zěnme yàng to ask opinions about something. For example, you can say:
那部电影你觉得怎么样？What did you think about that movie?
Nà bù diànyǐng nǐ juéde zěnme yàng?
