差不多吧,日本的那个是煎饺,中国也有煎饺,但是水饺比较多。

我做的饺子蘸料里有:醋,糖,辣椒油,香油,还有蒜蓉。

The Jiaozi dipping sauce I made has: vinegar, sugar, hot oil, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
